Check-in
ANA offers passengers two ways to check-in for flights – their SKiP service or through airport check-in counters. ANA’s SKiP service allows passengers to proceed directly to the security checkpoint. Passengers eligible for this service are those who have completed their reservation and seat selection. To check your eligibility, check your reservation from the airline’s official website or at the airport. Keep in mind that passengers who have checked baggage would need to drop by the Baggage Counter to check-in bags. Travellers who are not eligible for the SKiP service are required to check-in at the airport by using the airline’s self-service check-in machine or direct at the airport check-in counters.
