Why Fly with Jetstar Asia

How to Check In

Jetstar Asia provides its passengers with several ways to check-in for flights. The airline recommends their quick and easy web check-in service, but if passengers prefer to head direct to the airport, kiosk check-in facilities are available together with the usual airport check-in counter services. Check-in kiosks are available for all flights within Australia and New Zealand as well as some selected Jetstar Asia flights. If in Hong Kong, Jetstar Asia passengers can also use the Hong Kong in-town check-in service and if in Singapore, the Singapore Airport Early Check-in service. Some selected Jetstar Asia flights may also be eligible for the airline’s Straight to Gate service which allows checked-in passengers with no checked baggage and no visa entry requirements to go straight to the boarding gate.

Baggage Allowance & Fees

Jetstar Asia does not offer complimentary baggage allowance on all flights. Baggage allowance would need to be pre-purchased at the time of booking or before the departure time.
