The Husein Sastranegara International Airport consists of one main terminal, handling both domestic and international flights. Do note that domestic travellers are required to pay an airport tax of IDR 25,000, while international travellers need to pay IDR 75,000.
There are several restaurants, cafes, and food courts at the airport. There are the usual fast-food options to suit generic taste buds, or Indonesian food for travellers who prefer something more traditional. Duty-free shops are also available at the Husein Sastranegara Airport, where travellers may purchase duty-free items such as liquor, tobacco, perfume and cosmetics. Other retail shops sell items like clothing, sunglasses, hats, shoes, bags, gifts and confectionery.
There are prayer rooms and facilities available at the airport for travellers who wish to meditate or pray, with separate rooms for Muslim males and females. Handicapped travellers are encouraged to notify their airline in advance, so special arrangements can be made for them, as the airport only possess basic facilities for the disabled.
Wireless internet is available in the lounges at the airport. Other lounge facilities include comfortable rest and working areas, food and beverages, newspapers and magazines as well as television and telephone access. There are also foreign exchange counters and ATMs if travellers wish to obtain some local currency.
