Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, officially named as Royal Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, is the primary international airport serving the country of Netherlands. The airport is located in the city of Amsterdam in the province of Holland. The Amsterdam airport also serves as a hub for the country’s flag carrier, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and for KLM Cityhopper which is a regional airline under the KLM group.

The Amsterdam Airport Schiphol has one terminal building divided into three sections. Departure Hall 1 operates flights from the Schengen areas. Departure Hall 2 also serves Schengen flights on the upper floor as well as non-Schengen flights on the lower level.
