Langkawi International Airport is a public commercial airport located in the subdivision of Padang Matsirat in the city of Langkawi which is situated in the state of Kedah in Malaysia. The airport serves the Langkawi and the state of Perlis. It is also a tourist destination in itself as the venue for an international aerospace event, the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA).
The Langkawi International Airport welcomes over 2.5 million passengers annually since 2016 and serves as a hub for AirAsia. The airport currently has one terminal serving both domestic and international flights. Langkawi International Airport is located approximately 16 kilometres from Kuah, the main town of Langkawi.
