How to get around within Massachusetts

Although the local transportation is not exactly the same in the different cities of Massachusetts, bus service is widely available pretty much throughout the state. Car rental is also available, and is especially recommended if you plan to explore extensively. Within Boston, the public transportation is called the 'T', and is operated by the Mass Bay Transit Authority that also serve the surrounding suburbs and cities, including Worcester and Framingham. Springfield and its surrounding areas are served by the PVTA. As for commuting across the Sarawak River, use a river taxi (locally called tambang or penambang) or boats.
