Cap. FAP Carlos Martínez de Pinillos International Airport is the public airport that serves Trujillo, Peru’s third largest city. How to get around
When travelling within Trujillo, Peru, there are different types of taxis that serve different areas or provide different types of services. The official taxis within the area are most, if not all, yellow in color and often sport a postcard-sized municipal stickers of the city’s coat of arms found on the windscreen of the cars. Additionally, there are blue taxis and buses by the airports, with the main yellow taxis or tiny Ticos mostly serving and suitable for the inner areas.
