Vienna International Airport is a public international airport serving the capital city of Vienna in Austria. The Vienna airport is specifically located in Schwechat which is about 18 kilometres southeast of central Vienna. The airport is Austria’s biggest airport welcoming over 23 million passengers annually and is a hub for Austrian Airlines, EasyJet and Eurowings.
The Vienna International Airport has four terminal buildings which are assigned mainly based on airline alliance groups. Terminal 1 operates mainly Air Berlin and Niki flights as well as some Oneworld and SkyTeam airline alliance members. Terminal 1A serves flights by low-cost airlines. Terminal 2 serves several foreign airlines while Terminal 3 serves flights by Austrian Airlines Group, most of Star Alliance member airlines and several other airlines such as Emirates, Qatar Airways and El Al.

Travelling to and from Vienna International Airport to Vienna’s city centre
