Breakfast for children and/or extra guests will be charged separately. - Once the booking is completed, hotel reserves the right to debit guests' credit card. A valid credit card is required for completing the transaction online. Virtual credit card is not accepted. - The same physical credit card used for booking must be presented by the cardholder at the time of check-in for verification/payment. - The Hotel does not accept third party payment unless a payment authorization form together with front and back copies of credit card and photo ID/passport of credit card holder are all submitted to hotel 7 days prior the arrival date. Please contact the hotel directly for further assistance. - Booking exceeding 2 rooms with the same guest name is not allowed. - Guests aged under 18 must be accompanied by adults (aged above 18) when staying at the property. - The property offer free shuttle service from the airport, ferry terminals, and border gates. The hotel will not bear any costs due to foreign exchange rates.
