You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment has remote access (it is not necessary to stop by the office to collect the keys). 24-hour remote access. The apartment is in a private building, there is no reception/staff on site. Before arrival you have to 1) complete the online check in and 2) pay the security deposit online, refundable 3-4 days after check out. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys. If you arrive before 16:00 you cannot go straight to the apartment.
