A large crane has been erected as part the luxe development at Two Charles Avenue Broadbeach. This crane is positioned ocean side of Peppers Broadbeach Tower 1, visible from most Tower 1 Ocean View Apartments. Whilst we strive to ensure minimal disruption to your stay, we believe in transparency and want to keep you informed. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that your payments will be processed by the Mantra Group/SAMARAD; this will appear on your bank statement as Peppers, Mantra, BFree Surfers Paradise. Please note that this property requires a refundable credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation. Amounts are as follows: in addition to full payment of accommodation, One-Bedroom and Two-Bedroom Apartments: AUD 200 Three-Bedroom Skyhomes: AUD 1500 Skyline Residence - AUD 2500 Credit card pre-authorisations are also required for use of some facilities. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment for these fees. Please note that guests must check in at the Tower Two reception desk.
