Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Smoking Policy: The hotel offers guest a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the hotel. We will impose a cleaning fee of 200 MYR to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Please note that electric cigarettes are also not allowed in the hotel premises. Guest is only allowed to smoke in designated smoking area. Effective 1 January 2025, a Local Service Charge of MYR 3.00 per room, per night, will be applicable to all stays in the state of Perak, payable directly to the property.
