On the other hand, flights with Jetstar and Vanilla Air are handled in Terminal 3, the terminal for low-cost airlines. Terminal 3 features a food court that is open 24-hours and an Islamic prayer room. The departure lobby of the terminal is on the second floor, where the check-in counters and kiosks are.

The said domestic terminal handles services between the cities of Japan, from various airlines including Vanilla Air, Peach, Jetstar, Japan Airlines, and others. The terminal is connected to many ground transportation services, including the ever efficient railways of Japan through the New Chitose Airport Station and several bus lines going to Sapporo, Oyachi, Miyanosawa, Asabu, and others.
