The Bum island on which the property locates is accessible by boat from Semporna port for 300 MYR/2 ways transfer for each guest, payment shall be made at Jetty. Please be advice to reach Jetty before 3pm, gathering point at Jetty (Mydin Lodge). There's no boat after 1800. Guest are required to provide information such as Guest Name, Sex, Phone Number, Passport/ IC number & Flight details for all guests, email to the hotel at sempornaparadise@gmail.com for boat transfer arrangement. Guest may contact hotel PIC +6011-31277301 (Azmi) or +6014-8636003 (Herda) for further assistance. Electricity is on from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m.
