Eggerhof was an incredible discovery.

The welcome for us with two small children was exceptional; in no other hotel, even with more stars, have we found the attentions that the Superberger family reserved for us (toilet reducer, step stool for the sink, diaper bin, endless sheets and colors in the room). Moreover, they left us the trekking backpacks for the child and a stroller for the entire week. We opted for half board, and even at the hotel restaurant, everything was equipped for the children (high chair, dedicated cutlery, and dishes). In addition to everything, the Carinthia Card is included in the price, which provides countless free accesses throughout the region; we truly took advantage of many things.
The area is beautiful, there are many walks nearby, and we also moved around a lot (cycling from San Candido to Lienz, Klagenfurt, Spittal, Großglockner).
We are already thinking about returning next year! We really felt at home.

Immediately and gladly again!!!!

The manager and the service staff were naturally very friendly, attentive, and helpful. We had half board; the breakfast buffet and the evening menu (3 different options were offered every day) were really delicious! The room was clean. Everything was just right. We can recommend the hotel with a clear conscience.

Super hotel

One-week stay with family and friends. Hotel with a well-kept and comfortable room, welcoming and perfectly clean. Markus and Daniela who welcomed us
are super kind. Special food, always varied, fresh, and cooked very well. Kids' menu always available. Highly recommended!

Have been here 4 times already – for us the perfect family hotel!

We have now spent our vacation at the Eggerhof for the fourth time, and it is high time for a review.
I love the charm of the well-maintained Austrian houses and the impressive mountains around Mallnitz. Sometimes I just stand in the courtyard of the Eggerhof, breathe in the fresh mountain air deeply and try to store this beautiful view in my mind for a whole year.
It is also simply perfect for the children: Our youngest is absolutely thrilled with the rabbits, while the older ones prefer to spend the whole day riding laps on the go-karts. What we as parents particularly like is the variety of room types. Since we have been here so many times, we try out a different room every time – and every single one has been beautiful, cozy, and perfectly laid out so far.
The hospitality here is simply incomparable. The boss, Marcus, is a great person, and we love it when the team dresses in traditional costumes for dinner in the evening. This time we were welcomed so incredibly warmly by Daniela that it really touched us deeply. This personal touch and warmth are the reason why we keep coming back. Many thanks to the entire team – we are already looking forward to the next time!

Super vacation

Hotel Eggerhof is a house run with a lot of love that is very easy to reach by car or train. There is free parking or you can be picked up from the train station. All employees are very friendly and helpful, with a lot of passion and fun in their work. The breakfast was excellent, as was the dinner; there were three menus to choose from. The rooms are very cozy and very clean. For children, there is a great playground and a playroom as well as various pedal vehicles. There is also a sauna. With the included Carinthia Card, you can use local transport and many excursion destinations for free.
We had a great vacation with the Supersberger family. We would like to thank all the employees again and we would love to come back.
