Good Experience at the Harmony Inn
We had a very good experience at the Harmony Inn. It was clean and quiet. The front desk people and the room cleaners were helpful, courteous and ffriendly.

The floor in the room was smooth flooring and Very Dirty. The refrigerator was not cold, very thin towels but the Air Conditioner was great as was the rub. The shower was very weak. We stayed 2 nights and would NOT stay there again!

Do your part
Positives:
1. Parking in front of my room 125. All rooms seem to have the same situation.
2. 100% Blackout curtains that hung properly!
3. The Surfaces and drawers were very clean as was the sink, toilet, and tub I think, although the lighting was not that bright in there.
4. The refrigerator has a freezer. I liked that so I could keep my ice packs frozen.
5. The window air conditioner worked well.
6. No carpet.
7. The woman owner was very nice.
Negatives:
1. This, for me is big, the floors were black! Before I walk into a room, even in socked feet, I take a wet wipe to the bathroom floor. It was absolutely disgusting. I don't know if the cleaner is not using a clean mop. But it's more like she is not mopping at all. My feet didn't touch the floor at all. When I say that I had to bleach my white sandals I am not kidding.
2. The mattress seemed a little lumpy. I took the sheet off to see. It had 4 or 5 protectors on it not including the one that totally encased the mattress. Hmmm
3. The reason I will not return... I had misplaced a thumb drive. I called the day after I checked out. The gentleman answered and I asked him and I barely had it out of my mouth and he said a one-word, resounding, NO! I said are you sure? Its blue. He said nothing else but NO. Nothing else. No niceties. Just hung up. I know there is a language barrier, but that was rude.
I am not hard to please. Be nice, clean, and comfortable bed, clean floors and toilet and sinks ... basic stuff. If you want me to treat your property, which I do, with respect, then hold up your end.
