Excellent Choice in Baoding

Thanks Vic and Linda(the Front Desk) , and Nicole(the Lounge) for a warm trip ,especially the free upgrade.
1-Excellent position, It's close to the railway station , very close to the Ancient Animal Museum.
2-Excellent breakfast and warm service,especially the local food ‌Beef Soup with Pancake.
3-Warm service for diamond members, free upgrade to the Suit room .Thanks Vic and Linda.
4-The room is very clean. The pool is well operated.
5-The lounge is very good ,offering amazing food and service.Thanks Nicole.
The owner is very warm and kind ,If you want to have a trip and you are a diamond member .This will be a good choice.

It is a very nice hotel. Very clean and beautiful. With excellent facilities. I would stay again if visiting this city again. Personal very kind and good service

This hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

My preference of a hotel is a homely. Wouldn’t it wonderful if the hotel staff would treat their guests as a family? They missed on this aspect but kudos to all the staff who had tried their best to make us feel comfortable all throughout the stay. We all love the pool especially the heated one. I just think they’re too strict on wearing a swimming cap even if you’re just having a dip or hanging out in the heated pool. I’d totally understand it if it’s swimming but yeah it’s house rules I guess I just think it’s too much. Breakfast was great!
