Exceeded expectations

The Hotel is in the best location in Cuenca. Definitely. In an area of cafes and restaurants, steps from parks, the Tomebamba River t 15 minutes walk from the central park of Cuenca. I was surprised by the kindness and kindness of the staff, for their openness to solving needs and difficulties on our trip. Not only that I'll be back, from now on I just want to get to this place.

Loved the Ecuadorian breakfast experience!

We stayed here as part of our G Adventures tour. The hotel is in a good location, it's central to most of the city and in walking distance for the majority of it. The rooms are fairly clean and a good size. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and will go out of their way to help you with anything. Breakfast was good and gave you the opportunity to sample Humitas, a typical Ecuadorian breakfast dish.

Good hotel in Cuenca

Good hotel in Cuenca. Approximately 15 minutes by foot to the historic center. Safe and quiet area. Rooms are nice, but you can hear all the noise from the hall and stairway. A couple of nice common areas.

This was a very pleasant place about 20 minutes walk to the city center but it had the advantage of being quiet at night, spacious, old world charm, nice breakfast, courteous helpful staff. So will definitely stay again.
