We where there during the extreme heat and the staff was amazing to help us get through the days with fan’s and cold wet towels. The breakfast was really good and in a very nice venue.

This is not a Spa hotel!
Describing this hotel as a spa hotel with pool is a misinformation at minimum.
They do not guarantee neither pool nor sauna and when you complain, they say these are not included into the room prices anyway. You have to pay for pool and/or sauna if you want to use these facilities, their events allowing! During our 5 nights stay we had given chance to use only partially on 2 days, one only after 3PM, another only until 2PM and then only from 7PM to 9PM. Sauna is max 5 people if they all sit, instead of laying.
Open buffet breakfast is very weak and expensive for its quality. Go out for breakfast at Auntie's Cafe or Chaplin's Cafe, less than 100 m each. If you insist eating at the hotel, refuse the open buffet and select something from egg options on the menu.
Room was full of light so you wake up when the sun comes out. Pillows were very weak so both of us had shoulder problems. We will never be at this hotel and I do not forgive any of previous reviewers who liked this hotel for any unknown reason!

Regarding room expectations, the room type and layout you booked are shown and described on our website and the booking platforms. If you noticed any detail that seemed inaccurate, we would truly appreciate specific points so we can review and correct them where needed. Our guests do appreciate a sunbathed room- otherwise we have super curtains that keep all the sunlight out- if wanted and pulled close.

Misleading regarding pool
Booked this hotel based on the prominent pictures of the pool. There was an indication that the pool was open at the time of booking "but could be closed for special events." One would assume this means for an hour or two for a birthday party or something. I even received a confirmation upon booking that the pool was open. Three days after booking, we get an email that the pool will be closed for the entire three days that we would be there. We requested a refund and it was denied. This was requested over a week in advance of the booking and with documentation that the pool was "open" confirmed at the time of booking. If the pool is going to be closed for days at a time, that needs to be made clear from a hotel that has the pool on its front page.

HORRIBLE- DO NOT STAY- AVOID THE RIPOFF.
If I could give a negative I would. This hotel will play games with the pool. They emails us confirmation of pool open. Cancelled another fantastic hotel for this reason to stay here. Husband got email - I checked website- pool was "open". Person on phone rude, lied claiming no authority to refund. Stay away- fraudulent hotel. Whatever they write down about their policies in response this this post will be more of the lies they told u on the phone. Overpriced to boot-beware- DO NOT STAY.

Me and my daugther had a lovely stay in your hotel and we absolutly loved it. The room was amazing, the breakfast fantastic, the staff very friendly. Overall it was very very good.
