Room was great. Clean, warm and comfortable. Never saw staff but everything was communicated well.
Batteries in tv remote need to be changed. Couldn’t use TV. Would stay again!

Perfect new accommodation and location for visiting Europa park or other sites in the area. We had a family room which consisted of two
Bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom had a large double beds, sofa, and kitchen table with chairs. The other room had two single beds and a closet and was spacious for kids or two adults. Both rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, very comfortable and very clean. The hallway between the two rooms had a refrigerator, and coat rack bathroom. The bathroom was very large and very clean. The large bathtub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking or hiking. The shower was also very and was appreciated as many accommodation showers are very small and difficult for even an average person to move around in. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The morning breakfast was the perfect to start the day.
