Flow for stay
For me this is one of the best place for stay. Near to ganga river. Near to Ramjhula and Laxman jhula. We can have aarati every evening which is most important part of rishikesh. Food also good. Rooms are nice good ambiance. Staff also very good. They have good team.

Worst Experience in Flow House
I stayed at Flow House recently, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The biggest disappointment was not just the poor condition of the property, but the behavior of the owner and management team.
From check-in itself, the owner behaved rudely and seemed uninterested in helping guests. Whenever we raised concerns about cleanliness and room issues, the response was defensive and disrespectful instead of professional. It honestly felt like guests were being treated as a burden rather than customers.
The room was poorly maintained, with dirty bedsheets, an unpleasant smell, and an unclean bathroom. Basic facilities were either not working properly or were ignored completely. Even after repeated complaints, no proper action was taken.
What made the stay worse was the owner’s attitude. Instead of listening calmly, he argued with guests and spoke in an aggressive tone. There was no sense of hospitality or accountability. The staff also seemed confused and poorly managed, probably because of weak leadership.
The property looks attractive in online photos, but the actual experience is very different. Noise, lack of cleanliness, slow service, and rude management completely ruined the trip for us. For the amount charged, the quality and treatment were unacceptable.
I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking here. A hotel stay is not only about rooms and location — respectful behavior and customer service matter equally, and sadly this place failed badly in both areas.
