Spontaneous happiness!
Super nice and friendly hostess who really cares about the well-being of the guests!
Great room, very clean and well-kept.
Balcony with a view of the canal and the sea but above all quiet for sleeping.
Highly recommended!
Unfortunately no breakfast, but there are good alternatives nearby!

good choice
big and comfortable apartment, nice terrace with wonderful view.
However cleanliness was an issue: upon arrival kitchen was dirty, towels weren't changed us mentioned, and one day the cleaning lady didn't even come which we found quite unacceptable (we were told she was sick).

Fantastic
We have spent 10 days in Residence Ormeggio with our 15 month old daughter. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with modern nice design. Kitchen is fully fitted and it's great that they clean it and change towels every day. Balcony is huge and safe even with small children. The location is great, just 2 minutes from the beach and city center so everything is in a walking distance. It is worth reserving a parking place inadvance as parking space are limited and it's almost impossible to park in the street. The owners Cristina and Milo are very kind and helpful people, they make sure that their guest enjoy their holiday. They happy to assist in anything, there's nothing impossible for them to help their guests. They offer delicious breakfast for additional fee in their Hotel Villa Venezia which is only a couple of minutes walk from the Residence. Grado is a fantastic location for family holiday and Residence Ormeggio is the perfect place to stay. Strongly recommended!!!

Fantastic choice!
this was our second longer term visit to Grado and we opted to stay here based on reviews. We were not at all disappointed! We stayed a week in their spectacularly clean and well-equipped 3rd floor (4th in USA) apartment. We had not one but two large terraces and we routinely ate on the front terrace overlooking the canal. I'd read that the street below could be noisy, but we did not hear a thing inside and we were high enough up that we could enjoy pleasant conversations on the terrace. Some had commented that the beds were hard--they we definitely firm, but we had no problem sleeping on them and would not have noticed the firmness had we not been accustomed to sleeping on a pillow top mattress at home. milo and his wife were very helpful and let us into the apartment a full hour before the official arrival time. we were traveling with friends and milo and his wife arranged for them to be in the apartment next door. Even though they have two children and told us their kids had screamed several times, we never heard a thing-- the apartments are very soundproof. All in all, a fantastic choice for Grado...we would definitely stay here again.

Immaculate hotel in Grado next to the canal
This was our first trip to Grado. We were not sure what to expect. What a pleaant surprise. We arrived earlier than the foreseen time but were courteously accompanied to our APPARTMENT!
Separate Kitchen. Separate Lounge and Bedroom. A whacking big Terrace. All for a price one can hardly complain about. Definitely going there again!
