Best experience ever!

I had a good experience once again at Eka Hotel Eldoret. We had a customer dinner event for 20 people and everything went on very well. The meeting room as good and the food perfect.
I would like to single out one Christobel who went out of the way to ensure we were comfortable and well attended. She is actually the reason I came with my customers as my previous encounter with her was also excellent and she had asked me not only to spend the night but bring seminars or workshops to Eka Eldoret. From this experience, I will surely bring another customer event there and Eka Eldoret will be my choice accommodation when I am in the North Rift.

Superb always

My stay at Eka was lovely. Comfortable and clean rooms. Pleasant staff and servives. I always stay at Eka for all my trips to Eldoret and the standards remaim superb always.

Needs Improvement to fit the High Price

I would not say it is a bad hotel but for the price, they could offer much, much, much better service. No welcoming drink was provided during check-in, the security team keeps following you and observing you as if its a military base.. also the food choices during breakfast, lunch, and dinner were substandard with no Kenyan diets diversification. The less said about the gym and swimming pool, the better.
