Those photos don't correspond to that place because Tripadvisor hasn't wanted to move them for years. We only work with Booking directly.

Tripadvisor muestra fotos de otro hotel - Cuidado!

Yo soy gerente del hotel pero no tenemos relacion con tripadvisor solo con booking, por eso hay problemas con las fotos que no coinciden y su reservacion. Si va a reservar hagalo directamente con el hotel o booking.

TERRIBLE

Pesima actitud de servicio, No saben tratar a los clientes, No cumplen lo que ofrecen, No son serviciales, aunque la ubicacion es buena No vale la pena quedarse ahi por el mal servicio que dan y los malos ratos que hacen pasar

Sencillo y limpio

Es un hotel muy sencillo solo para una noche o dos está muy tranquilo limpio acorde al costo para 4 personas 1100. Pesos lo que puedo destacar es la atención del joven de recepción fue excelente trato de ayudar en todo momento para recomendar lugares felicidades a él.

No se respetan las reservaciones a tráves de Booking

Tenia una reservación del 27 al 29 de abril 2018, y fue cancelada el 27Abr2018 a las 9:00pm. El motivo, de acuerdo a ellos, enviaron un correo para solicitar un pre deposito, el cual nunca recibí. El staff del hotel no se molesto en confirmar que yo había recibido esta notificación, por ende lo cancelaron. La molestia viene de la actitud de no ayudar por parte del Sr. Octavio, y proveer una solución a mi hospedaje. Después de 24 hrs, resulta que ellos realizan el "no show" a tráves de booking y me cobran la cantidad de 1,000 mxn por no haberme presentado. Ahora estoy lidiando con Booking y con el Hotel para hacer el reembolso. Cuidado con este tipejo, que si es capaz de dejarnos si hospedaje y sin ayuda, me imagino que podría ser en el hotel.
