Their energy was contagious, and they created an atmosphere full of joy, positivity, and unforgettable memories for guests of all ages.
Martina was an exceptional leader, always organised, approachable, and full of positive energy. Mario brought endless enthusiasm and made every activity enjoyable and engaging. Jeremy impressed us with his professionalism, friendliness, and ability to make everyone feel included. Ema was always smiling, caring, and incredibly warm-hearted. Alessa stood out with her wonderful personality, creativity, and ability to connect with both children and adults. Carla was equally fantastic, bringing positivity, kindness, and excellent organisation to every event and activity.
The entire entertainment programme was organised to perfection. Every activity, show, and event reflected the team’s hard work, passion, and commitment to providing guests with the best possible experience. They went above and beyond every single day, ensuring that everyone felt welcome, entertained, and cared for.
We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all hotel employees. Their dedication played a huge role in making our holiday truly special.
Thank you, Seth Punta Prima, for giving us such wonderful memories. Thanks to your amazing team, we enjoyed one of the most beautiful and relaxing family holidays we have ever had. We will cherish these memories for a very long time and we are already looking forward to returning.
Highly recommended without any hesitation. A truly outstanding hotel with exceptional people who make all the difference.

Avoid at all costs
We arrived on the 2nd May and despite asking for a ground floor room via TUi we were allocated a top floor room with a very large drop which my three year old who loves to climb things was viewed as a dangerous hazard by myself and my wife. We asked to move to a ground floor room as requested and this was done later that day.
During the first night my wife woke up in the middle of the night to feel bugs on her and my child who was co-sleeping with her, when she turned on the light she was the room and our sound machine were infested with hundreds of small mosquitos photos are attached. This was extremely distressing for both my wife and kids- so we once again asked to move rooms the following morning.
So once again we were given another room again on the ground floor- and after returning from dinner the second night we decided to check if the room was ok, but once again the patio doors inside the room were covered in mosquitos. We asked reception to deep clean the room before we went to bed which they did and I had to take the bug spray from the cleaner to spray before we went out every night.
The lead receptionist appeared to be a man whose name I can’t remember maybe Juan or Jose but despite my wife being visibly upset on a couple of occasions he appeared to not care at all much like his scruffy appearance, actually ignoring my wife on one occasion to deal with someone else behind her.
The standard of cleanliness across the hotel is a disgrace- we saw two dead pigeons on the tennis court opposite the kids club- bins full of dirty nappies and in the kids splash park there are weeds literally everywhere, and we had bird poo on one of the slides.
Next onto the kids club- I attach a picture but what is on TUI website has clearly been edited- no soft play or ball pit instead it is a filthy room with filthy furniture and very basic amenities- the toilet behind the kids club has no dryer or towels so I had to use toilet roll to dry hands.
The food is extremely basic and whilst breakfast is acceptable the dinner was literally a grilled selection of meat or fish every night with some fried mixed veg and full salad bar. Kids food tends to be just pizza or pasta and the kids corner of the dining area was not open for duration of our stay.
The kids mini disco is good and my two kids enjoyed it however one night they decided to prioritise a conference and move it outside right next to a steep set of stairs. My wife and I pointed out that this was very dangerous as young toddlers by their very nature can run around without regard for danger. These concerns were met with sniggers from the entertainment team, and when we spoke to the entertainment manager Raffaela I believe , she was also very rude to my wife and just walked off. To her credit she found my wife the next day and apologised for her behavior and agreed it was not well planned.
None of the bar staff look like they enjoy their jobs which I can understand whilst they serve sub standard local drinks into plastic cups all day.
The resort is quiet but the beach is lovely and I would recommend Con Santi if you are fed up of the hotel food.
We have complained to TUi and received compensation. There is no TUi rep on site by the way.
However it is only right to post about the completely filthy establishment to hopefully allow others to spend their money elsewhere.

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay at our hotel.
We are truly sorry to learn that your family experience did not meet the expectations you had placed in us and that you are leaving with a negative impression of our facilities and services. At Seth Punta Prima, we work every day to provide comfortable and enjoyable stays, especially for families travelling with young children, and we regret that we were unable to offer you the level of comfort and satisfaction we strive for.
Please accept our apologies if, at any point during your stay, the service provided by our reception or entertainment team did not reflect the friendliness, empathy, and professionalism that are part of our service standards.
Regarding the inconvenience caused by mosquitoes, we would like to point out that, due to our privileged location in a natural environment close to the sea, certain weather conditions during specific times of the year may increase the presence of insects. Nevertheless, we have daily cleaning and pest control services in place to minimise this impact. We sincerely regret that the solutions offered during your stay, including a room change and additional cleaning measures, did not fully meet your expectations.
With regard to our gastronomy, our buffet follows a varied weekly schedule with daily-changing options that include different meat and fish dishes, international cuisine, local specialities, and vegetarian alternatives. We are sorry to hear that the selection did not meet your preferences. We would have appreciated the opportunity to know your tastes during your stay so that we could have attended to your needs in a more personalised manner.
As for the Seth Club, unfortunately it was not yet fully operational at the time of your stay, as renovation and improvement works were still underway in order to guarantee an even better experience for families in the future.
Nevertheless, we are pleased to know that your children enjoyed the mini disco and that you appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the resort as well as the beauty of the beach.
We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future and provide you with the high-quality family experience that we aim to offer all our guests.
Kind regards,
Seth Punta Prima

4 star hotel? Far from it.
We could not have asked for better service from everyone representing Tui on our travel to Menorca, so we had high hopes for the hotel.
Our initial receptionist was uninterested at best, said our room wasn't ready until 3pm, (which was fine) and pointed us in the direction of a luggage room to store our bags. Did not discuss any of the amenities or areas we could use whilst waiting, so we ventured into the nearby town for lunch, which was lovely.
On return at 3pm, we were told that we already had our room keys (we hadn't been issued these) the receptionist reluctantly handed over the keys, then pointed in the general direction of the room and an access ramp at the furthest side of the pool (which we later found out there was a much more direct route behind the bar, which she had neglected to tell us about, despite it being obvious that we had multiple bags and a pushchair)
The room was very small, especially with a travel cot in the room, but it was manageable and was generally clean. The small room had one advantage, it meant you could wedge the bed still using the chair, if you didn't, the bed would move across the room on it's castor wheels. The shower also had a weird bulge on the tray, meaning one half felt you were stood on jelly, then the other half had a downhill slope, minor, but caught us off guard a few times. The soundproofing was also non existent, initially rather annoying, but we did find humour in our neighborhood singing in the shower each evening. The cleaning team do a Stirling job and managed to clean our room every day, despite us having a later start most days due to the baby)
The air con minimum temperature is locked to 21 degrees and was doing a poor job of reducing the room temperature. When we asked about this at reception, a different receptionist told us that air con doesn't work when the temperature is hot outside and suggested we went outside to warm up more, then we would feel the benefit of the Aircon when returning to the room.
I'm all for 'green initiatives' but the small plastic glasses really spoilt any enjoyment from you would get from the poor quality drinks that were served by the bar. The bar was constantly busy and often a queue would form with upwards of 10 people waiting to get near the bar. As an English customer, it often felt that local tourists were priority and were often served multiple times before anyone would deal with us. The beer was poor, and the cocktails from a machine were almost undrinkable. If you asked for a soft drink, you were often slid an empty glass with a large chunk of ice in it and directed to serve yourself.
Despite being so busy, Bobby and a female member of the bar staff (I didn't get her name) were very pleasant and went out of their way to give good service and the occasional drink in an actual glass, or a handmade cocktail. This was very much a surprise, but very much appreciated.
We initially thought the buffet food was good quality after our first evening meal in there. But we quickly realised that it was the same food day in day out, and the quality wasn't great after all. The atmosphere in the buffet hall was similar to a cattle market, and we were often pushed or shoved whilst trying to serve ourselves food. The speciality dishes cooked outside were always good quality, but the portion sizes were larger if you were a local, my partner asked for a larger portion and was told no. The one bit we enjoyed about the buffet was watching people attempting to use the draught beer tap, and walking away with large glasses of foam, this distracted us slightly from the rest of the buffet. We eventually gave up with the buffet on site, and headed out to local places for all our meals for the last 3 days of our holiday.
The pools areas are insufficient for a hotel of this size. All the sun loungers were reserved by 7am, despite the signs saying this was prohibited. We gave up trying by the second day. The pools themselves were full, murkey and seemed very warm. The entertainment team did their best at entertaining guests, but they were received with an attitude from the guests, similar to the first receptionist, albeit it with a happy hardcore backing track.
On the off chance, we took a visit to the smaller pool and children's splash park owned by the hotel a couple of minutes walk down the hill, access was included but poorly advertised, but you were required to pay for any food and drinks, despite having an all inclusive holiday. We felt this was a small sacrifice for such an improved atmosphere. The other guests were pleasant, the pools were clean, clear and of a nice temperature, sun loungers were always available and it was generally a nice place to relax. If it wasn't for this part of the hotel, I think we would have been seeking alternative accommodation for our stay (we spoke to other guests in the bar, who were doing just this!)
We've tried not to let this hotel affect our first family holiday and have had the chance to make some lovely memories with our daughter. But we feel others should be aware of our experience, after reading other recent reviews, it doesn't seem that uncommon - wish we'd seen these before booking. The hotel has real potential to be something special, unfortunately it is far from it today.

Unfortunately not a 4 star hotel
Also the splash park is not exclusive to the hotel, so although you have paid for an all inclusive stay, you have to pay for any snacks and drinks in the on-site cafe. If you are all inclusive you should be able to have drinks etc as part of your deal.
On the plus side the splash park was lovely and very clean and my grandson loved it. We could always get a sunbed with an umbrella round the splash pool, but definitely not round the main pools, with people putting their towels out as early as 7 am. The rooms were cleaned daily and no problem asking for fresh towels, and the cleaning staff were lovely. Despite all of this we enjoyed our holiday but regrettably would not return to this hotel.

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us your review. We greatly value your feedback, as it helps us to keep improving day by day.
We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our Seth Club and that you were pleased with the service provided by our housekeeping team. We will pass on your kind words to them.
However, we sincerely regret that your overall stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the details of your room, we would like to remind you that our reception is available 24 hours a day to attend to any needs or requests. Furthermore, we have a maintenance team on hand to resolve any issues immediately. We would also like to clarify that all the hotel’s communal areas are air-conditioned for the comfort of our guests.
We are very sorry that the dining experience did not meet your expectations. Our daily rotating menu features a mix of international dishes and local specialities. However, had you mentioned this to us during your stay, our kitchen team would have been delighted to prepare something tailored to your tastes or requirements.
Regarding your comments on the Seth Club, we would like to clarify that water is completely free for all hotel guests, whilst other drinks are subject to a charge. As for the sun loungers, we would remind you that they cannot be reserved, as they are intended for the enjoyment of all guests. This is indicated on the signs around the facilities and in the QR code available at reception, where you will find full details about the hotel and its services.
We thank you once again for your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future to ensure you have a thoroughly satisfying experience.
Best regards,
Seth Punta Prima

A huge disappointment
The hotel is now badly maintained: we had black mould in our shower, rubbish is left for days in the pool/sun lounger area, weeds have not been cleared from the paved areas and one of the cubicles in the ladies toilets near the restaurant could not be locked for the entirety of our 2 week stay despite our reporting the issue.
The animation team works hard and are very welcoming but the activities are not as varied as in previous years and offered on a two-day rolling programme, so frankly boring. The evening entertainment is also very limited. The Saturday evening live music and the cocktail trolley have completely disappeared. So much for a fun environment.
The food offer was disappointing on a daily basis. It is now of mediocre quality, poorly presented and over repetitive. The "hot" food is at best tepid and the only way to heat food is by using a cheap basic microwave that takes 5 minutes to bring anything to a reasonable temperature. The desserts are uninspiring (seriously, do you think I want to eat jelly at all, let alone every day?). There is no freshly pressed fruit juice at breakfast and very few Menorcan specialities at dinner. The dishes are poorly labelled, if at all, and no allergy information is provided. The wine provided in the restaurant is absolutely undrinkable. The menu at the outside bar is a shadow of its former self.
The recyclable cup system is an absolute joke, not thought through and hugely inconvenient. I support any environmental effort but I don't see why I should have to take a dirty cup back to my room at the end of the day and wash it myself. I can think of at least one solution to this problem.
The only redeeming feature is the long standing members of staff who do stellar work but must be disappointed in the changes they are witnessing.
The hotel is rated 4 star (probably because it has a spa) but in reality it is 2 star and has LOST ITS SOUL.

First of all, we would like to thank you sincerely for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are particularly pleased that you mentioned our staff, and we will make sure to pass on your kind words to them personally, as they are a great source of motivation for the whole team.
However, we are deeply sorry to hear that your stay was not entirely to your satisfaction. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the shower and would like to remind you that, had you reported this to reception, our housekeeping team would have taken immediate action to resolve the issue. Furthermore, regarding the pool area, we would like to clarify that our maintenance team checks and tends to the facilities daily, several times throughout the day, to ensure a clean and well-maintained environment for all guests to enjoy.
We also regret that you did not enjoy our entertainment programme, despite offering a full programme of daily activities for adults and children, as well as evening performances that vary each week. Similarly, we are sorry that we did not meet your culinary expectations. We have a rotating menu that changes daily to offer a variety of international dishes, local specialities, themed evenings and show cooking, whilst ensuring that information on allergens is always accessible at the restaurant entrance and via the hotel’s QR code.
Finally, we would like to clarify that our card-and-glass system is part of a green initiative designed to promote sustainable tourism and protect the island. Guests do not need to carry their glass with them if they do not wish to, as our bar staff will collect it immediately and hand over the corresponding card.
We greatly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to demonstrate the quality that sets us apart in the future.
Best regards,
Seth Punta Prima
