Very central apartment
Exceptional apartment for its location (right in the monumental centre) which, in these very hot days, allowed us to better manage our visits. Very close to all the major tourist attractions, the room has every comfort. Definitely recommended

Location is paid
The building has several apartments, we touched the one on the mezzanine, a stay justice of space in every sense. The kitchen is just entering on the right, with portable induction hob with two tiny sergeants. In front is the service that lacks a shelf or basic wardrobe to be able to leave a minimum need. Just the space above the sink. The right shower. Small closet glued to the bed. Two-body sofa and 14-inch TV that looks just right from the bed. Window with bars as it is mezzanine and the thickness of the windows makes you hear everything from the street. The perfect location if you just go to sleep and breakfast, but if you want to make some life for the day, I lack things. The first apartment I go that has neither brush nor mop

We're asked to pay Eighty Euro upon check-in, even though our reservation NOT mentioned deposit required. Considering if not pay this Eighty Euro, host won't give room key. It will be very difficult to find room for current stay at big holidays period, so we had to give in Eighty Euros by paying credit card.
Everyday we're out super early for sightseeing, every night we 're late to come back. only one person can sit on this throw topped at sofa cover. That IKEA sofa is cheap, has tiny space for one person only.
At time to pack luggage to check-out, we uncovered everything to make sure our small belongings not left behind. When we lifted this throw, we're surprised to find there's tear(Worn-off) on sofa cover top.
This tear is OLD, Not New, Big., NOT we did. We attached for your reference.
Several hours after check-out, Hose emailed and accused we damaged this tear. We explained, showed photos to prove it's old, we never did it. Host just makes several excuses and took our 80Euro, not refund us. Now you know what happened.
Do not come. There're many hotels in convent location and reputation nearby.

To us, the holes are big, NOT NEW.
They covered with throws on softa sitting area. You won't find these ripoff until last moment you are leaving, you uncover everything to make sure your belongings not left behind.

Couldn't be more central - fantastic location
Our apartment was very clean and comfortable and in a wonderful location. One block to the Alcazar; the Cathedral is next to that and the third Unesco site, the Archivos del Indies is across the road. The agent was incredibly helpful. On the last day he contacted the owner and phoned to tell us that the owner had said we could stay in the apartment until later in the afternoon as our flight home wasn't until the evening. This was an absolute godsend as it was really hot and we are not as mobile as we used to be. One big thank you to the owner and the agent.
