Why fly with Egyptair

EgyptAir provides its passengers with several ways to check in for flights providing travellers to choose the option for their convenience and comfort. Travellers can proceed directly to the airport if they want to do so. However, it is recommended to arrive at the airport at least two hours before departure to have ample time not only for check-in procedures but also for security and immigration checks. EgyptAir recommends that passengers avail of their online check-in services – through the airline's official website or mobile application – to avoid waiting and long queues at the airport. Checking in online will also give passengers the privilege of using the web and mobile check-in counters for dropping off checked baggage. Those travelling without baggage may proceed directly to the gate.

Baggage allowances and fees

EgyptAir provides complimentary baggage allowance. Maximum baggage allowance is based on the flight route, booked cabin class, and any airline alliance membership.
