Why Fly Royal Air Maroc

Ways to Check-in

Royal Air Maroc offers passengers a couple of ways to check-in for flights. Passengers can choose to check-in online through the airline’s official website to avoid the long queues and waiting time at the airport. Online check-in is available from 48 hours up to 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure. It is currently only available on selected routes and airports. It is best to check with the airline to find out if your flight is eligible for online check-in.

Passengers can also choose to head straight to the airport for check-in. It is recommended that passengers arrive 2 to 3 hours before the flight departure time. If your flight is during a peak period, such as during holidays, it is best to arrive at least 3 to 4 hours before departure time. Airport check-in counters close 60 minutes before departure.

Baggage Allowances and Fees

Royal Air Maroc offers complimentary baggage allowance on all flights. The airline uses the ‘piece concept' where baggage is counted per piece instead of total weight. Baggage allowance will vary depending on the flight route and booked travel class. Each passenger may check-in one to two pieces of luggage depending on the conditions, and each bag should not exceed the maximum weight of 32 kilogrammes and a total linear dimension of 203 centimetres.

Seating

Royal Air Maroc offers two cabin classes on their flights – Economy Class and Business Class. Availability of these cabin classes may vary depending on the aircraft and flight route.

Economy Class passengers on international flights will have the comfort of ergonomic seats that come with complimentary amenities including pillow, blanket and travel kit. Each seat comes equipped with an 8.9-inch screen. On domestic flights, economy class passengers will have shared cabin screens and may request for pillows and blankets where available.

Business Class passengers will enjoy the added comfort of wider seats that can adjust to a flat bed. Seats also come equipped with massage options, extra storage space and personal screens. Passengers are provided with complimentary amenities including pillows, blankets, hot towels and amenity kits.

In-flight Services

Royal Air Maroc offers complimentary onboard dining for all passengers. Passengers will be offered a light snack and beverage for short haul flights and hot meals on long haul flights. Special meals such as those for religious and dietary needs may be requested before the flight.

In-flight entertainment is available on all flights. Economy Class passengers on domestic flights will enjoy shows screening on shared monitors while those on international flights will have personal in-seat monitors for on-demand entertainment. Business Class passengers can enjoy on-demand entertainment screening on their personal in-seat monitors.
